General
By placing an order you accept our general terms and conditions which apply to all offers and sales. All information on this website is provided to the best of knowledge but no warranty is given as to its accuracy or completeness.
Products
All items sold by poppentopper.com are unique collectables and one of a kind. Most of our items are vintage and previously owned. This means some products can have minor imperfections or some signs of age. Descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible and tell you the exact condition the item is in. Pictures are always part of the description.
Payment
All prices shown are in US Dollars (USD $), this is our primary currency. You can also view prices specified in Euro's (EUR €) or in Pound Sterling (GBP £). All payments must be made in advance. Poppentopper.com prefers Paypal for all transactions worldwide. Paypal is instant online payment, you can pay directly with your PayPal balance or use your linked bank account, credit or debit card. Customers who are located in The Netherlands and the rest of the Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA countries) also have the option to pay by bank transfer, they must pay in Euro and will receive an invoice with our bank information shortly after placing the order. The invoice must be payed in advance within 7 days. Money orders, cheques and cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
Gift Card
The gift card is a shop credit in the form of a unique code to be used as digital payment at poppentopper.com. The buyer gives a gift card as a present to the recipient and the buyer chooses the value of the virtual gift card code. The minimum required amount is 10 USD, a higher amount is always possible. The gift card code is valid for a period of 12 months (1 year) after the date of purchase. The recipient receives an email on the date of purchase containing the code and further information. The code can only be redeemed at poppentopper.com and applies to all items in the shop including sale items. The gift card code can be used in parts, the amount does not have to be spent all at once. The same code can be used again later with the remaining value, but always within 12 months after receiving the original code. The gift card code can also be used in combination with a discount code if available. In case of returning a purchase made with the gift card code any refund will be credited to the original method of payment. We will give you a new code for the credited amount, the new code will be valid for a period of another 12 months. The gift card code cannot be exchanged for money (no cash, no PayPal balance, no bank transfers). Discount codes cannot be applied to buy a gift card.
Packaging
Poppentopper.com treats your purchase with the greatest care and uses recycled packing materials to spare the environment and to save on cost. Our previously used boxes and protective filling materials are always clean and sturdy to ensure a safe transit. Allthough she always packs well Poppentopper.com cannot be held responsible for what happens during transport.
Shipping
Poppentopper.com ships worldwide using PostNL International Signature for Delivery service or DHL Standard. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email that confirms the item has been shipped, you will also be provided with the barcode or tracking nr. so you can follow the status of your parcel online. Delivery times may vary, depending on the country of destination and postal service.
Cancellation Period
Customers have a cancellation period of 14 calendar days after receiving the order. You have the right to return products within this period without giving reasons. Sending an item back is the responsibility of the purchaser and postage for the return is fully at his or hers expense.
Complaints
You shall inspect the items upon delivery to check whether everything is as described. If you are not satisfied please contact us right away. You are obliged to submit to us in writing any complaints about the goods within 7 days after delivery. Do not send any returns without contacting us first and wait for instructions from our part. In some cases a picture may be required.

You may solely use, download and print content from this website for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use any content from this website for commercial purposes whatsoever without prior written consent.
