Unusual and hard to find male doll from the United Arab Emirates. The United Arab Emirates is a federation consisting of 7 emirates: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm al-Quwain. The doll is made of cloth over wire with a painted paper maché or composition face. He is wearing a traditional garment called Kandura, an ankle length white tunic. Size 25 cm/10 cm. Very good condition with minor discoloring of the whites. Some paintloss to wooden stand. No marks.
