Dominican Republic Doll Santo Domingo with label 16 cm

 

This is a doll from the Dominican Republic, an island nation in the caribbean. Her upper body is made of a plastic doll that is painted black, the lower part is woven burlap or jute, no legs. Size around 16 cm/6 inches. Very good condition. With original label 'Centenario, Dominican Republic' and 'Santo Domingo' on her skirt.
