This doll is so pretty! Made of celluloid with head, arms and legs movable. She is from Scheveningen (a fishing town at the North Sea cost), Zuid-Holland province in The Netherlands Holland. She is a fisher woman wearing working clothes, her black cape can be taken off and is lined with bright blue fabric. Her eyes open and close and have eyelashes. Size 30 cm/12 inches. No visible marks or labels but this is very likely a Dovina doll. Very good condition and quality made. Note her colorful underwear. More pictures below.
